What is a subscription?
An online subscription renews automatically based on the billing frequency you choose—such as monthly or annually. With an active subscription, you get ongoing access to exclusive content, features, or services included in your plan. Everything is conveniently managed through your account, where you can update your billing information, change plans, or cancel at any time.
Can I pay for a subscription with Invoice Terms?
Any purchase of an Openlight Media Plus subscription requires the use of a credit card.
However, you will not be required to use a credit card if purchasing a School Starter Kit, Parish Starter Kit, or Home Starter Kit that all come with Openlight Media Plus subscriptions. In this situation, your subscription will expire one year from the date of purchase unless you manually purchase a monthly or yearly subscription using a credit card. There are no automatic renewals at this time for kit purchases.
What if I don’t want to auto-renew?
All stand alone subscriptions are set to auto renew and we do not offer a non renewing subscription at this time.
How do people join my group?
Group subscription managers can invite users to a group via the my group screen in your dashboard.

Users can join a group themselves by doing the following:
1. Tell the user who needs to join to navigate to https://shop.openlightmedia.com/join-my-group
2. If individuals do not have a login on Openlight Media, they will be prompted to create a free account or log in using an existing user account.
3. Have them fill out the form and submit.
Can I get a refund?
You are entitled to a refund if you cancel before half of time of your subscription frequency is up. For monthly this means before two weeks and for annual before 6 months after purchase.
How do I remove users from my group?
The only user who can remove users is the group subscription manager and that user must be logged in before completing the steps listed below.
To remove users follow these steps:
On the Dashboard home screen click my group on the left hand menu.
Check the boxes next to the names on the left you wish to remove, then click remove users.
Confirm that you want to remove the users by clicking Ok on the popup that appears.
Users that were selected will then be removed.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts the day you purchase.
If I renew a subscription before it ends, do I keep the extra time?
You will not be able to keep that extra time as at this time we do not have the ability to prorate subscriptions. If you purchase a new subscription, you will lose any remaining time you have left. We also do not recommend switching early because you will lose the original lower rate.

What do I do if I want to switch subscription type or frequency?
If you have a currently active group subscription and are logged into the user account responsible for payments you can switch your subscriptions at any time for a prorated amount by going to https://shop.openlightmedia.com/switch-subscription-plan/
