• Orders are processed within one business day of having been placed
• If an item is on back-order, the rest of your order will be held until all items are ready to ship

Return Policy

We will happily refund any unopened, unused, or defective items that you wish to return within 60 days of purchase.

To make a return, please:

1. Email customerservice@openlightmedia.com, with the subject line: Return of Merchandise
2. Please include in the email
   • order number,
   • item(s) being returned,
   • reason for return,
   • shipping & billing addresses
3. Securely pack the items for return with their original packing slip
4. Ship to the company address below—Return shipping is not included unless items returned are defective

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to the time that they are packed for shipping, after which point you can return your items for a refund as stated above. If you would like to cancel your order, please try to do this before items are shipped.
